Burnley Football Club Conference & Events has been named a finalist in the Business Events Venue category at the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2027, recognition that puts Turf Moor firmly on the map as one of the county's go-to spaces for meetings, conferences & events.
The finalists were announced on 21 July 2026 by Marketing Lancashire, the organisation behind the awards and leaders of the county's Local Visitor Economy Partnership. It's a competitive category, with Burnley FC C&E up against some of the county's best-known venues.
Between now and the ceremony, finalists can expect a visit from the awards' secret shoppers, plus an interview with an expert judging panel covering everything from customer service and operations to accessibility & sustainability.
Vikki Harris, Director of Marketing and Partnerships at Marketing Lancashire, said the standard of this year's entries was as strong as ever: "Each year, the Lancashire Tourism Awards shine a spotlight on the very best tourism and hospitality businesses across the county, and this year's entrants have once again demonstrated why Lancashire is such a world-class destination."
The winners will be announced at a ceremony at King George's Hall in Blackburn on Wednesday 10 February 2027.
